As part of the commitment to quality in the training of professionals in Campus Popayan, a training was carried out for teachers in relation to the pedagogical guidelines of the institution to they can apply their knowledge to accompany students in their professional training process, which allows to have a greater interaction in the classroom, more dialogue, agreement and participation of all members of the university community members, generating a process of co-creation in which critical thinking, principles and values are fundamental.

For the development of this training, The Maria Cano’s Pedagogical Advisor, Beatriz Elena Arias, was present, who also attends all the Institution’s campus to establish dialogues with teachers, organize work guidelines and making them aware of the role they play during the students’ process through the classrooms.

María Cano is in constant training, teamwork, strategical thinking and community commitment.
