In a special ceremony that connected the Medellín, Cali, Neiva and Popayán campuses, led by the rector Hugo Alberto Valencia Porras, the vice-rectors, the deans, the campus coordinators and the directors of academic programs, the María Cano University Foundation exalted the academic work of students from different undergraduate programs nationwide during the first semester of the year. The measurement was carried out as institutionally established in the Academic Regulations, in Chapter higher academic averages in the immediately preceding period.

Those inducted will receive the recognition percentage established by the Superior Council for the payment of tuition fees that will be granted as an incentive in the following academic semester: for first place, 100% exemption, for second place, 50% exemption. and for third place the 30% exemption.
