It is a free activity led by the Cali Chamber of Commerce in alliance with public and private entities and the academy that will allow you to receive support, advice and training to increase the income of businesses in the capital of Valle del Cauca, the program allows advice to expand the offer of clients, allies and suppliers of the different organizations.

During the month of July, the teachers of María Cano will give a weekly talk on healthy living habits in different areas of the city of Cali where the headquarters of the «Prospera» program are located in order to promote and energize business strengthening and the employability of micro-enterprises. With the talks led and programs from María Cano, the aim is, in addition to providing entrepreneurs with market advice, to train them so that they can identify the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and what are the habits that could affect their health and well-being in social, family and work environments.

Professors Wilmer Arley Criollo López and Diana Patricia Sánchez, representing the María Cano branch of Cali, participate in these advisory activities for small businessmen in the region, recognizing the importance of institutional links with social outreach activities that benefit, directly to the community. The first meeting was attended by approximately 50 entrepreneurs who showed great interest in the issues proposed for the community of the Aguablanca district in the east of the capital of Valle del Cauca. Starting in August, a situational diagnosis will be carried out in a personalized way with each of the businessmen who are part of this «Prospera» network and participated in the talks.

In the inter-semester period, teachers and collaborators of the María Cano in Cali, have the purpose of participating in characterization campaigns, university fairs and other events in which direct contact with the community is established.
