- 19 septiembre, 2023

The María Cano University Foundation, Medellín headquarters, received a group of businessmen, employers, cooperators and administrative leaders in charge of personnel from public and private entities in Antioquia, to hold a workshop, led by Professor Juan Andrés Vélez Salamanca, which allowed, through the Lego game, to promote the 4 Cs (create, build, understand, connect) for leadership in innovation, as a bid to enrich the different administrative processes and business growth.
The objective of this meeting was to make visible the participation or contribution that the students, seed workers and graduates have provided, in each of the practice, consulting processes, as well as the contribution of the training of our graduates that allow us to strengthen the brand positioning with the external sector. The networking event was organized by the Faculty of Business Sciences through the Sumando y Contando hotbed, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship area, the Administrative and Accounting Office and the Alumni Office.
The meeting managed to highlight the needs of the employer sector, which allow an Academy-Business articulation, with the purpose of training seed workers, students and graduates capable of generating R&D&I processes. It should be noted that, within the group of guests, there were graduates who, during their personal and professional life, have created a company and have positioned themselves in higher positions and at the administrative and managerial level.
The meeting is the result of the research project «Impact of consulting management on knowledge transfer processes, on the business orientation of seedbeds» in which the Faculty of Business Sciences is immersed and where it joins the Alumni Office .
