The «Network of Clinics and service centers for the care and support of women victims of violence» is an alliance that is developing to dignify women from Huila and work for those who suffer in silence. Participating in this alliance are the María Cano University Foundation, Neiva headquarters, the Antonio Nariño University, the Cooperative University of Colombia, the Surcolombiana University and the Government of Huila with the direction of the advisory office for women, children, adolescents and social affairs. .

In this meeting, the representative team of the Governor’s Office socialized with the higher education institutions the plan for the network of clinics and the form of participation of each organization in the proposal; They also discussed which and where the points that will provide this service to the women of the department will be. This alliance demonstrates that the María Cano University Foundation continues to make a presence at the local, departmental and national levels to continue strengthening its alliances to achieve greater visibility in the region by providing an important service to the community.
