The second cohort of the Sports Physiotherapy specialization has commenced, with the participation of 15 students. This postgraduate program is designed to train highly skilled professionals in the management and prevention of sports injuries, combining cutting-edge theory and practice. Students will learn the best techniques to optimize performance and support high-performance athletes on their path to success, guided by instructors with extensive experience in the sports field, ready to share their knowledge for their graduate training.
It is worth noting that this program is led by the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Juanita Sánchez Romero, the director of the Physiotherapy program, Marco Antonio Chaves, and the coordinator of the specialization, Sebastián Grajales, who welcomed the students participating actively in the beginning of these upcoming semesters, which will bring new knowledge and experiences that will enhance their practice in the sport-oriented specialty.
