They are the best students of the first semester of 2023

In an act led by the rector Hugo Alberto Valencia Porras and the vice rectors Jorge Albeiro Herrera Builes and Carlos Julio Escobar Noreña, the Medellín, Neiva and Cali campuses honored the students of the different academic programs who obtained the best academic averages in the first semester of this year. The activity was organized in accordance with the provisions of the Academic Regulations that establish the procedure and conditions for the exaltation and recognition of students in order to award the scholarship for academic excellence and honorable mention.
The first place honorees were:

The Superior Council defined the percentage on the payment of tuition fees that was granted as an incentive to undergraduate students who achieved the best academic averages, as follows: for the first place the 100% exemption, for the second place the exemption of 50% and for third place the exemption of 30%. In addition, the Faculty Councils proceeded to issue a concept to the Rectory, after verification of the requirements and analysis of the academic and disciplinary history of the students selected to award the Scholarship for Academic Excellence and the Honorable Mention.
