At the facilities of the Fundación Universitaria María Cano, the most recent session of the University Entrepreneurship Board (MEUNE) was held—an event that brought together representatives from the entrepreneurial ecosystem, strategic partners, and national and international experts to present the progress of the MEUNE 2025 Final Report and outline new strengthening routes for the coming year.
During the session, participants highlighted involvement in national Fondo Emprender calls, with more than 1,000 applicants, as well as active participation in the Regional Entrepreneurship Network and the dissemination of CONPES 4130, a key document for public entrepreneurship policy in the country.
The session featured high-level international guests, including Pablo Rabadan, Executive Director of Xiji Incubator (Shanghai); Edward Ramírez Avella, CEO of P4S; representatives from GFS Consulting Group (Spain); and Vanessa Calle from Creame Business Incubator (Medellín). Their participation strengthened the ecosystem’s capacities through Creame–MEUNE knowledge transfers and supported the official launch of the 2025 Entrepreneurship Route.
One of the event’s highlights was the presentation of the results of the Ibero-American Startup Congress, which promoted international strategic alliances and recognized four winning pitch teams, who received scholarships in Artificial Intelligence.
Additionally, a new edition of Pitch MEUNE was held, where five new ventures were selected to receive specialized mentoring for consolidating their business models and exploring support opportunities—joining the 15 projects that have participated over the past three months.
With these achievements, the University Entrepreneurship Board reaffirms its role as a platform for coordination, innovation, and development, driving the competitiveness of university talent and strengthening a solid and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem.
