One of the main concerns of María Cano is the service provided to users at the different locations where we are present: Medellín, Cali, Neiva and Popayán; more during the pandemic time where it is necessary to have permanent evaluation, monitoring and control measures so that all members of the university community receive an excellent service, from the administrative and academic areas, in order to continue advancing. It is for this reason that we invite you to participate in this study at the national level, where you can constantly express what you feel, think and think about the work we do.
In this way we will be able to establish continuous improvement actions in the aspects that we must improve, as well as maintenance in which you recognize as outstanding.
