For this version, the challenge developed by the selected teams was to provide a solution in a product or service that represents a low-resolution prototype and that answers the question: what ICT innovation strategies can contribute to strengthening virtual and face-to-face education models in the city?.
«Within the framework of the ‘Calinteligente’ project, the FesTIC was created, with the idea of continuing to promote spaces for innovation and creativity among citizens, so that through their knowledge they generate timely and creative solutions to social, cultural and territorial problems» , said Teresa Cancelado, director of the ICT Administrative Department.
