• Service aimed at knowing the current state of the user through current tests and procedures in physiotherapy, acquiring a physiotherapeutic diagnosis, rehabilitation objectives and intervention techniques

• For physiotherapeutic intervention, medical referral to physiotherapy is required

• The evaluation process lasts one hour and each intervention session 45 minutes

Promotion and prevention activities

Therapeutic intervention programs that promote health and prevent diseases through the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits.

– Postural screening: Identification of postural alterations to implement preventive and corrective measures according to the disorders found.

– Program of active breaks or work gymnastics: Seeks an early prevention of musculoskeletal injuries, generating awareness of physical and mental health in order to revitalize body energy and refresh the mind.

– Different schools: (lumbar, upper limbs, lower limbs): group therapeutic intervention that aims to generate spaces where different exercises can be performed that prevent and promote health, through different exercises that stimulate strength, flexibility , proprioception and joint mobility, and thus avoid the appearance of musculoskeletal pathologies.

– Training: on postural hygiene, prevention of musculoskeletal injuries, making the population aware of the guidelines on physical health care.
