Visit from Universidad de Pamplona
- 23 abril, 2025

The María Cano University Foundation, at its Medellín campus, welcomed 17 students and 2 professors from the Physical Therapy program of the Universidad de Pamplona, located in Norte de Santander. The objective of this mobility initiative is to learn about the academic and training best practices implemented at the Institution, which have directly contributed to the comprehensive education of students, as well as to the high-quality accreditation process that has supported the institution’s reputation across its various campuses and settings where María Cano is present.
It is important to highlight that the visitors are participating in a tour that includes the facilities of IPS María Cano, with an activity in the motion analysis laboratory and visits to various institutional laboratories that support academic processes, as well as sports practice settings. During their stay in Medellín, the group is also attending a course on FMS – Functional Movement Screen, led by professors from María Cano’s Physical Therapy program, where they can learn about analyzing movement deficiencies when performing sports and daily life activities.
In this way, the Institution once again demonstrates its commitment to national and international relations with various universities for the exchange of knowledge, reaffirming its dedication to education and its openness to strengthening the professional development of new generations.
