- 9 octubre, 2025

At Fundación Universitaria María Cano, Neiva campus, a sensitization session was held to promote understanding and engagement with the multicampus institutional accreditation process. The event brought together faculty members, administrative staff, alumni, and students, with the purpose of strengthening knowledge and ownership of this important process, which aims to consolidate a culture of quality across all areas of the institution.
During the session, the progress, goals, and benefits of accreditation were presented, emphasizing its role as a key instrument for the continuous improvement of academic and administrative management. The space also allowed participants to address questions, encourage active involvement, and reaffirm the shared commitment to institutional excellence.
The activity provided a valuable opportunity to reinforce María Cano’s mission, clarify its vision for the future, and reaffirm the values that guide its academic and educational endeavors. In this way, the institution continues to work collaboratively to strengthen high-quality higher education focused on the human and professional development of its students.
With the participation of all institutional stakeholders, María Cano moves forward with determination toward multicampus institutional accreditation — a recognition that reflects its ongoing commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and the positive transformation of society through education.
