The María Cano University Foundation, through its Organizational Consulting Center, delivered the training session “Synergy and Commitment: Keys to High-Performance Teams”, aimed at strengthening communication, cooperation, and commitment among participants. The initiative sought to promote synergy and a strong sense of teamwork as essential foundations for effective and sustainable organizational performance.

During the training, participants developed key skills such as teamwork, assertive communication, emotional management, and conflict resolution—competencies that contribute to healthy coexistence and a stronger organizational climate. A total of 135 individuals, including employees and their families, took part in this activity, benefiting from an enriching experience of collaboration and relationship-building.

The session took place at Aguas Claras Event Center, located in the municipality of Girardota in the northern area of the Valle de Aburrá. This natural setting provided an ideal environment for dialogue, reflection, and consensus-building, which are fundamental elements of the training processes led by the institution.
