Institutional Wellbeing launches new activities in Cali
- 24 febrero, 2026
Fundación Universitaria María Cano has launched its Institutional Wellbeing activities at the Cali campus, strengthening its commitment to the comprehensive development of the university community. This rollout follows the agreements and guidelines defined during the recent planning session held with faculty members Sergio David Castañeda Tabares and Edwin Villalobos Martínez.
The initial actions focus on sports, music, and dance, creating spaces that encourage active participation, artistic expression, and physical activity. Through these initiatives, the institution continues to consolidate environments that promote positive coexistence and the strengthening of personal and social skills.
The Institutional Wellbeing Department structures its work around four strategic lines: Sports and Culture, Health, Human Development, and Socioeconomic Promotion. From these pillars, programs and services are designed to positively impact students, professors, researchers, staff, alumni, and strategic partners.
With this agenda of activities, the Fundación Universitaria María Cano reaffirms its commitment to comprehensive wellbeing and quality of life for its community, promoting healthier, more inclusive, and participatory educational environments that continuously support academic processes and institutional growth.
