The Auxiliary Labor Technician program in Human Talent of the María Cano University Foundation, responds to the needs and expectations of the influential labor and business market in the Aburrá Valley, through labor competencies in the area of ​​human management, as a human resource important in the work dynamics of any organization.

Approval standard: Resolution N. 202350091653 of November 9, 2023 of the Secretary of Education of the Special District of Science, Technology and Innovation of Medellín.
Inspection and surveillance is carried out by the Ministry of Education of the Special District of Science, Technology and Innovation of Medellín. The program offered does not lead to a degree.
Registration requirements: Be over 16 years of age – Passed ninth grade
Duration: 1,056 hours (2 semesters week schedule – 3 semesters weekend schedule)
Investment: $1,500,000 per semester
Certificate of occupational aptitude by competency: Auxiliary Labor Technician in Human Talent
Days: Daytime Monday to Friday – Weekend Saturday and Sunday

    Admission requirements:

    To enter the ETHD programs offered by María Cano, the applicant must complete the following procedure:
    1. Fill out the online registration form.
    2. Make the payment of registration fees.
    3. Upload to the platform at the end of the registration form, the following documents one by one (in PDF format), as indicated at the end:

    • Original study certificate from the last year completed, issued by the school with validity of no more than one month.
    • A legible photocopy of the identity document (enlarged).
    • A 3X4 size photo, light blue background.
    • Documents are not received physically unless required during the admission process.Minors appear with a guardian and attach a photocopy of their ID.
