The Advanced Training Center and the Faculty of Business Sciences of the María Cano University Foundation continue to offer different modalities to contribute to the consolidation of the professional process of the students of the Business Administration and Public Accounting programs. On this occasion, 42 people were certified in the Human Talent Management and Recruitment, payroll and social benefits diplomas; which lasted 120 hours between November 2022 and February 2023.

Diplomas as a modality of degree work are one of the nine modalities of degree work that the Institution has for undergraduate programs at the national level, where the possibility of deepening specific topics is offered for the development of labor competencies that represent benefits. for companies and future professionals, which ratifies the sense of institutional responsibility with the delivery of business administrators and public accountants with extensive knowledge of market trends.

In 2023, the Faculty opens four new diploma courses in Human Talent Management, Hiring, Payroll and Benefits, Management Tools and Skills, and Stock Market and Digital Investment Management, which are offered for the first time thanks to the recent opening of the Intelligence Laboratory Financial, which becomes an important differentiating factor of the María Cano programs, which has contributed to the recent high-quality accreditation achieved by the Business Administration program; path in which the Public Accounting program is also committed.
