The Faculty of Engineering of María Cano, has established an alliance with Google Cloud Foundations Academy, seeking that its students can access international certifications, in the pilot test nine students of the program successfully completed a certification of the specialized line in Cloud Computing, topic fundamental for the development of software and that can support the management of cybersecurity.

In this sense, students obtain an international vision of the topics related to software development that will allow them to support joint work with the research hotbeds of the specific area of ​​the Faculty, such as software development – Interactivesoft and the development of technology for society – Ingetecs.

Some of the students are also part of the Diploma in Cybersecurity, which is linked to the Specialization in Cybersecurity, which makes it possible to establish a bridge between the international perspective of cloud computing and the security of companies. Congratulations to the students for the achievement achieved, the Institution invites them to remain committed to their professional training and to specialize in future topics.
