Research advances, grows and is consolidated at the María Cano University Foundation according to its location in the DTI-Sapiens 2023 Ranking, which shows the classification of the best Colombian higher education institutions according to Technological Development and Innovation-DTI- indicators. It is published every two years, since 2017, and the variables analyzed are five: certified or validated technological products (TEC), business products (EMP), regulations, standards and technical regulations (RNL), technical concepts (CON), and records of license agreements for the exploitation of works of art, architecture and design protected by copyright (MR), as explained in the Ranking-DTI- own Methodology.
