Presentation of master’s programs #MásMaríaCano

With the hosting of the talk «Transformation, Leadership, and Wellbeing,» María Cano introduced to the communities of Medellín, Cali, Neiva, and Popayán the new graduate programs approved by the Ministry of National Education: Master’s in Administration, Master’s in Occupational Health and Safety Management, Specialization in Marketing Management, Specialization in Digital Transformation, and Specialization in Physical Activity. These programs are designed to train highly skilled professionals who will contribute to the development and promotion of administrative sciences and health sciences in our country, with a focus on research and a global vision.
It was a space designed to share inspiring experiences and generate key learnings that contribute to the country’s development. At the Fundación Universitaria María Cano, we strongly believe in comprehensive education and in building a society based on excellence, innovation, and commitment to the wellbeing of communities. Therefore, through this event, we aim to strengthen ties with strategic partners who share the institutional vision of leadership and transformation.
The invited guests were:
John Fredy Pulgarín Sierra
Economist, specializing in management and finance, Specialist in Strategic Planning and Local Economic Development, and Master in Economic Sciences. He has served as the Deputy Director of Prospecting and Economic Planning for the municipality of Bello and is currently the Vice President of Business Development and Competitiveness at the Chamber of Commerce of Medellín for Antioquia.
Esteban Vélez Escobar
Business Administration graduate, passionate about entrepreneurship and constant organizational growth. He has led the growth and consolidation of the Línea Estética brand in different regions of Colombia.
Santiago Botero
One of the great figures of Colombian cycling. Along with Lucho Herrera and Nairo Quintana, he is the Colombian cyclist with the most stages won in the Tour de France (3 in six participations in La Grande Boucle).
