Likewise, the specialist makes strategic decisions regarding human talent management and leadership processes, aligning them with the achievement of business objectives and the improvement of productivity.

Admission Requirements

  1. Complete the online application form.
  2. Generate the payment receipt and pay the application fee of COP $224,760 through the available payment channels.
  3. Upload the following documents individually to the platform in PDF format:
    a. Copy of the undergraduate degree certificate or diploma record.
    b. Clear, enlarged copy of the identification document.
    c. 3 × 4 cm photograph with a light blue background.
  4. Attend the virtual interview.
  5. Check the list of admitted applicants published by the Admissions Office on the institutional website.
