Subscription databases

A database is a specialized information resource in electronic format. It contains collections of online, referential and full text access documents in all areas of knowledge.
Access to these electronic resources can be done from the premises of the FUMC (local) or outside the FUMC (remote).

Note: In order to access the subscribed databases service, you must click on the database icon, then the system will request a user which corresponds to the one registered in the academusoft platform and a password that will be the identity document number registered on the same platform.

If you enter your username and password on the authentication page, the system directs you to a different page than the database of your interest. Then you must report this problem to the following email: ayudati@fumc.edu.co with the subject: «Entry problems to subscribed database» specifying your names, surnames, identification number, program to which you are registered and a brief description of the problem (if possible, attach screenshots of the presented error).

Bienvenidos al Consorcio Nacional Colombiano plataforma de acceso a toda la comunidad académica a cada uno de los contenidos de 5 editores más importantes del mundo, durante el año 2019.

Esta herramienta permite que los estudiantes y profesores construyan conocimiento de forma colaborativa, usando y compartiendo los recursos de las bases de datos adquiridas en el Consorcio Colombia junto con los recursos propios (presentaciones, vídeos, documentos), en un ambiente amigable y de fácil interacción.

NATURE

La Revista Nature es de edición semanal, con un retrospectivo desde 2015 y con acceso a perpetuidad. Incluye publicaciones en las áreas de: Ciencias Naturales, Medicina, Tecnología, Ingeniería.

OXFORD JOURNALS

Oxford contiene recursos académicos y científicos en múltiples disciplinas y revisadas por pares en: Ciencias de la Vida, Humanidades, Ciencias Sociales, Matemáticas y Física, Leyes, Economía y Finanzas, Política, Religión y Filosofía, entre otras; así mismo se contempla 60 títulos Open Access. Las revistas tienen un retrospectivo desde 1996 e incluyen perpetuidad al año adquirido.

SAGE PUBLISHING

Sage Premier está compuesta por 1,093 publicaciones de alto impacto en las áreas de negocios, humanidades, ciencias sociales, ciencia y tecnología y medicina (Negocios y Administración, Salud, Comunicación Social, Psicología).
La colección cuenta con retrospectivo desde 1999 e incluye perpetuidad al año adquirido.

SAGE KNOWLEDGE

Sage Knowledge es una plataforma que cuenta con colecciones de libros en el área de Salud y Cuidado Social. Incluye una amplia gama de contenidos de libros electrónicos y referencias como: Monografías académicas, obras de referencia, manuales, títulos de desarrollo profesional, estudios de casos y transmisión de vídeos entre otros.

SCIENCE DIRECT

Science Direct, ofrece acceso a una colección de más de 1.836 revistas electrónicas en texto completo en las áreas de: ciencia y tecnología, física, ingeniería, ciencias de la vida, ciencias sociales, ciencias humanas, salud, entre otros. Es una de las más importantes fuentes de información científica del mundo.

SCOPUS

Scopus es una herramienta estadística multidisciplinaria y bibliográfica que mide el factor de impacto y citación de más 15.000 publicaciones internacionales procedentes de más de 4.000 editores internacionales. Incluye resúmenes, referencias, e índices de literatura científica, técnica y médica. Su actualización es diaria.

SPRINGER LINK

SpringerLink, Recurso Multidisciplinario que cuenta con 2.823 revistas, 20 colecciones de libros electrónicos de 2017(9,500 libros.) a perpetuidad, 45 revistas de Palgrave McMillan, editor muy relevante en el área de ciencias sociales.
