Internships certification

Internships certification

The agreements and alliances established by the University with companies or organizations for the development of working experience internships can be certified through the following forms:

• Agreement teaching – service: It is the agreement of wills subscribed between the participant institutions in the relation of teaching – service, related to the conditions, commitments and responsibilities of the participants, formalized in a document. When the internship scenario and the educational institution have property integration, there must be a document defining the guidelines of the teaching- service relationship, which will replace the agreement.

• Inter-institutional Cooperation Agreement: Is a document that establishes the bases of cooperation between the Institutions and contains the legal regulations for the development of the internships, in order to comply what has been established by the parties.

• Apprenticeship Contract: Regulated by Law 789 of 2002 and by Decree 933 of 2003. The apprenticeship contract is a special form of bonding within Labor Law, without subordination and for a period not exceeding two (2) years in which a natural person receives theoretical training in an authorized training entity under the auspices of a sponsoring company that provides the means for the student to acquire methodical and complete professional training required in the trade, activity or occupation within the administrative, operational, commercial or financial management of the sponsor’s ordinary activities with exclusivity in the learning activities and the recognition of a support that guarantees the learning process and which, in no case, constitutes a salary.
