Work welfare “WE ARE WITH YOU” Program

At the María Cano University Foundation we care about the well-being of our employees, which is why we have designed a complete plan of benefits in different categories that you can enjoy to improve your life quality and continue growing hand in hand with the institution.

Labor benefits are those elements included in payroll that companies give to workers as compensation for their work. They can be given directly to the worker or indirectly, for example, to the worker’s family to improve their living conditions.

There are legal and extra-legal benefits in the workplace, the former are mandatory, stipulated by the regulations of each country such as health services, pension contributions, coverage in occupational risks and affiliation to family compensation entities, among others. The second, the extralegal benefits, are those that companies grant to their workers in a free and spontaneous way and that aim to attract, retain and keep their workers motivated.

In this way, a complete analysis has been made that allows María Cano to establish a proposal for the implementation of a plan of institutional benefits that contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of her employees and her family group.
