The Human Resources Management’s main objective is to empower all employees, supporting them in the creation of value for the Institution through adequate processes of attraction and selection of potential qualified and competitive candidates, the hiring and management of appropriate labor relations compliant to our legal order, fair administration of salaries and timely payment to our employees, training and development of their potential, as well as planning and monitoring performance as part of the integral improvement and generation of welfare strategies for our human talent, hand in hand with safety and health at work; All this in order to maintain, retain, enhance and motivate our employees, promoting an adequate work environment that contributes to the satisfaction, tranquility and stability of our workers.

The Human Management Department has an interdisciplinary team aimed at maintaining a healthy working environment, generating well-being and quality of life for our employees. Our institution has selected a team of professionals with extensive experience in each of their fields who are aligned with institutional purposes, seeking to achieve the goals set in our strategic plan in the short, medium and long term.

We start from an exhaustive analysis of the position, where the required skills for each position are evaluated, giving opportunity to both internal and external people who have stood out for their high achievements in their career, thus minimizing the risk of subjectivity, leaving way for a fair, equitable and transparent process, supported by institutional principles.
