Research at Maria Cano is supported by diverse organs for research on behalf of CIDE. From those rulings and operational and decision making.

THE RESEARCH COMMITTEE

It is an organ of strategic addressing and research process control, which conceptualize, regulates, recommends, approves, supports, promotes, orientates and decides about all the actions and activities concerning the process management in the framework of the research system in the institution, which have as a reference the lines and sublines of exsting research, and those that are created by this organ. Its guide is the investigation rules.

THE RESEARCH ETHICS COMMITEE

Ethical assessment and evaluation, and bioethics, of the research activity in the institution is the responsibility of the Research Ethics Committee, an organ that also promotes ethical action in the research activity and the consolidation of a culture in that area through compliance with universally accepted ethical principles. For all ethical purposes, a code of ethics is adopted. The procedure (s) necessary to comply with the regulations on ethical or bioethical endorsement of research projects and other I + B + I activities are established by this committee.

EDITORIAL BOARD.

This organ is responsible for establishing, watching the institutional editorial policies, fostering pubblications, and defining the alignments for the control and follow-up to the different types of institutional publications.

Other support subcommittees

  1. Technical editorial or publication subcommittee: it is the body that serves as a technical editorial and publications committee and operates as a consultative and support body of the institutional editorial committee.
  2. Publishing editorial subcommittee: is the body that serves as editorial committee of the magazine and in coordination with the editorial and editorial technical subcommittee, supports the institutional editorial Committee in this matter.
  3. Scientific Committee of the journal: is the body that establishes the editorial policy of the journal and ensures compliance with it, as well as guiding the journal’s editorial process in order to guarantee its scientific and technical quality.
